In my teaching, we will delve into the profound transformative effects of meditation, exploring not only its wide-ranging health benefits—such as reduced stress, improved focus, and emotional balance—but also practical techniques to seamlessly integrate meditation into your everyday life.
Additionally, you'll gain the tools and knowledge to confidently teach others, allowing you to incorporate these practices into your own healing work or wellness profession, empowering both yourself and those you guide.
Learn the art
of Mindful Meditation
Mindfulness is a hot topic in Western psychology; widely recognised as an effective way to reduce stress, increase self-awareness, and effectively handle painful thoughts and feelings.
It is however, an ancient practice found in a wide range of Eastern philosophies, including Buddhism, Taoism and Yoga.
It was through Buddhism that I first discovered mindfulness. I have since found it a valuable tool in supporting my clients within a therapeutic capacity, and I have also achieved the benefits in my own personal life.
The benefits of mindfulness I have found with my clients is essentially the core conditions to stay grounded, centred and composed, whilst maintaining a positive direction and focus for therapy.
In my personal life, I have found the practice of mindfulness has improved my focus, concentration, and my self-awareness. This enables me to reduce any damaging influences of stressful thoughts and feelings as they arise, by changing them into more empowering ones, resulting in less stress and a deeper appreciation for life.
Mindfulness involves consciously bringing our awareness into the present moment, without judgement and appreciating the moment in a more balanced way.
When we achieve this connection of mind and body we are more equipped to cope with life’s challenges in a more manageable way.

Learn & Teach The Art of Meditation
There are four workshops that complete this program.
The focus is on teaching the fundamentals of meditation and developing the skills required to become (with practice) an adept in the rewarding art of Mindful meditation, for the self and others.
On completion of the four self contained workshops, and with practice, you will reach practitioner level if it is your choice to do so.​
